About Me

Hello! I am Margarette Williams-Kelly, creator of MWK Unlimited. I am a licensed real estate agent in Connecticut for the past 9 years, focusing in Fairfield county. I specialize in sale of multi-family and mixed use properties; residential and commercial leasing; Federal and State subsidized rental and home buying programs.

Since 2018, I have been certified to calculate, interpret, and articulate HUD Code of Federal Regulations. For the last 4 years, I have provided administrative support and consulting services for several small business, State and Federal family and senior subsidized housing agencies; commercial and residential real estate management companies; and for political office holders in Connecticut.
